Navan 4+

Update: the issue got resolved, because it happened in first place and it was tuff discussions and multiple of them, only 4 stars, I hope you’ll get better. At the end I used this tool before without issues, so I hope it’s just bad luck.

I don’t recommend this tool. First flight booking ended with lots of mistakes, my seats were not booked at all, but to book them later you need to do it yourself through airline and it is more expensive, hopefully I was able to cancel booking. My second booking, wrong seats assigned for 12h flight, I called to resolve issue, but they just removed the seats when we agreed they will be changed for free, I figured out myself that I have no seats and no refund came, contacted support again and they told no refund will come. Awesome CS when they just do irrelevant actions for which you need to pay. So I now paid for seats which I don’t have (-60 euro), now I need to buy new one (-120 euro). Awesome service, I wanted to have easy way to book flight, but really it went to worse way possible. Also their help by which they just removed my seats, like why you did this, shouldn’t you think if it’s not refunded action you need to ask me? Awful

Wieder einmal hat es Navan geschafft den negativ Rekord in Sachen Qualität beim Kundenservice zu erreichen.
Nach dem Update sind wieder diverse Anzeigen nur auf Englisch und die Scannfunktion für Belege erkennt Rechnung nicht richtig.
Die Hotline (Telefon) ist, wieder einmal, nicht erreichbar (auch mit 40min Wartezeit). Die Standbegründung die man dann im Chat erhält ist „wir haben heute leider ein sehr hohen Anrufaufkommen“.
Und dann gibt es noch nicht mal Hilfe bei einem Problen, man könnte es sich zumindest mal ansehen um dann eine qualifizierte Hilfe leisten zu können. Aber das ist bei Navan zu viel erwartet.
Sorry leider kann man keine NULL Sterne vergeben.
