No costumers support

I remember when I start using this app I get a refund (like a booster pack) for some simple stuff. But now some payments failed and Dunk app owes me round about 200€, but no one reacts to my two mails I’ve send (1 for the first failed payment, 1 for the 2nd failed payment and a reminder for the first one). I tried not to spam… but anyway. No answer.

Will I here from you in the year 2021 or are you simple scamming ??

Crap...

...just crap. I don’t recommend to spend any money to buy coins or cards.
When you play card battle with the free packs the app works, but if you buy packs for card battle the app tells you the internet connection got lost. That’s a ripoff by Panini.

Sorry about that, please make sure you have a strong internet connection while playing the Pack Battle since it is involved in real time battle between you and other user .

I have a suggestion, if there would be a cash out at auction, then people would certainly invest more and reinvest again. For my part, take a small handling fee for the payout and leave the double fees at the auctions.
