This app facilitates downloading images from the National Biomedical Imaging Archive (NBIA) and The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA). NBIA and TCIA provide the cancer research and medical communities, industry, and academia access to imaging archives to support the development and validation of analytical software tools. You must already have a manifest file specifying which image series you are downloading to use the NBIA Data Retriever. Please visit https://wiki.cancerimagingarchive.net/display/NBIA/NBIA+Data+Retriever+Help for detailed instructions about generating a manifest file and using the this app. A Youtube tutorial video is also available on https://youtu.be/NO48XtdHTic .

Good special-purpose app
I'd like to have the possibility to select only some patients out of a collection; I thought this was possible with earlier versions on TCIA (>5 years ago), but I could not get it to run with recent ones.
