App startet nicht nach Eingabe der E-Mail

Die App kommt nicht in den Login Modus. Die E-Mail kann ich noch eingeben, aber danach passiert nichts mehr. Unendlicher Ladevorgang. Daher ist diese App unbrauchbar.
