Die App erfüllt ihren Zweck, .....
..... wenn sie den Bestellvorgang ohne Absturz durchhält. Öffnet man die App, bestellt flugs seine Kapseln, gibt die Rechnungsdaten ein, und beendet die App dann wieder, dann geht alles ohne Probleme vonstatten. Sobald man sich aber während des Bestellvorgangs noch ein wenig die anderen schönen Dinge anschauen möchte, oder die Details zu den verschiedenen Kaffeesorten oder Accessoires in Ruhe durchlesen, kommt man immer wieder zu einem Punkt, dass die App ihre Mitarbeit einstellt. Sie reagiert dann auf keinen Tastendruck mehr ... ich würde sagen "die Nespresso-App ist abgestürzt". Man muss die App dann komplett durch Herausschieben aus dem Übersichtfenster der Apps komplett und vollständig beenden und anschließend wieder neu starten. Die bis zum Absturz eingegebenen Daten sind dann gottseidank erhalten geblieben. Damit die Bestellung dann aber auch wirklich rausgeht, gehe ich sofort zum Warenkorb, drücke auf Bestellen und das klappt dann auch wunderbar. Übrigens konnte man "früher" stundenlang durch die Angebote in der App switchen ... einen Absturz habe ich nie erlebt. Das ist mir mit der aktuellen Version das erste Mal passiert. Wie gesagt, das geschilderte Phänomen lässt sich wiederholen. Man darf sich einfach nicht zuviel von den angebotenen Waren anschauen. Dann geht auch alles in Ordnung.
