App sehr gut, Kundenservice katastrophal
Die App ist ungewöhnlich übersichtlich und lässt sich sehr gut bedienen.
Umzüge werden unverzüglich gebucht.
Der Kundenservice kann am Telefon kaum Antworten geben, Anfragen über das Kontaktformular dauern ewig.
Das Problem wird evident, wenn mal etwas wirklich schief läuft…
