Workouts not syncing

My workout are not syncing with the app. This takes all the space in the watch and the watch gets hanged up.

Please find 5 easy steps for data sync
1. Ensure application is connected with watch and internet is active.
2. Swipe down the screen of the home page for a manual sync at least once in 24 hours.
3. Go to My Device by tapping icon on the top left of homepage.
4. Select Help and Support, then choose Data Sync
5. Follow the steps provided to complete the data sync process.
Also, we would like to inform you that watch data get reset every day in order to capture next day's data. You can sync the data to Noise Fit application.

Missing notifications and updates

Few notifications are not there like ms teams.
Also only 3 customised watchefaces, no new and attractive ones
