What’s New
Version 2.6.0
Receiving and sending heavy parcels is easier with this release. Dispatch from the door and delivery to the door are now available for parcels weighing 30+ kg.
With the updated version, the recipient can track the parcel since it is created, not after it is sent.
We also improved the way parcels to be received are sorted and "highlighted". Now they are easier to distinguish from those that are still on the way.
On top of that, we fixed the following bugs:
— The error of creating a parcel for shipments with the "Transfer Point" service is now resolved;
— Contact information is now saved after changes are made;
— The amount to be paid for parcels is now displayed on the main screen, which was not available to some users;
— Incorrect parcel status display is fixed.

Great app. Is getting better and better
Finally a good app from Novaposta. Multiple languages, tracking included. And payment finally works with non UA bank cards. Only one nasty bug. The app always looses my login credentials every couple hours and I have to login again. That’s super annoying and should be fixed. Also the receipts should include the exact amount of tax and VAT paid. That’s not shown and not transparent
Of course instead of reading my comment and answering it, just empty text phrases the support writes.
And I contacted the support already. Nobody speaks English. Which is a no go for a company Iike Novapostha, who is trying to become a global leader in transport

Good day! If there are problems with the operation of the application, please send your data (name, phone) in private messages on the official pages of the company in social networks (Facebook or Instagram), with the mark - for reference 20240314/03159.
Regarding the checks: are we talking about delivery services that are in the application itself (not listed), or about a check that can be received in the mail?
Regarding English support - we have operators who speak other languages, just need to say so.
Absolute Katastrophe
Man denkt ja immer deutsche Paketdienste sind inkompetent. Novaposta toppt es aber um Längen. Wir schicken regelmäßig Pakete (meist mit Reisebus und dann wird das in der Ukraine per novapost erledigt). Umso größer die Freude das man direkt schicken kann. Leider ist das versenden aber ein Krampf. Große Pakete gehen nur mit Abholung… dazu gibts keine Info, sondern man hat dann einfach keine Wahl. Der bezahlte Auftrag ist dann aber auch nicht zu sehen. Auch die erstellten Infos (zum Paket, Abholtag…) sieht man nicht…. In der App gibts garkeine Infos…. Scheinbar kann man hier nur Sendungen erstellen. Absolute Katastrophe…. Nicht mal Infos wie der Ablauf ist bekommt man per email. Meine Frau hat extra auf ukrainisch umgestellt, aber da gibts genauso wenige Infos. Extrem schlecht!!

Ich bin super zufrieden. Die Tatsache, dass alle Pakete, die zu dir geschickt werden, automatisch in der App auftauchen, ist super. Die Pakete kommen sehr schnell an. Deutsche Paketdienste sollten das noch lernen
