Beschreibung

NVDARemote is an app to remote control a NVDA screen reader. This app is the client software, you have to setup a seperate NVDARemote server in your network.

To use this app, you'll need an external keyboard. After the connection is established, all inputs made on the external keyboard will be forwarded to the NVDARemote server, including the special keys Strg, Alt, Windows, Esc, F1-12 and so on.

Attention: You need an external keyboard to control the NVDARemote PC. The output of TTS is contolled by the ringtone volume, not by the media volume. You have to enable the ringtone (lever on the upper left side).

In this version I fixed a few bugs that could cause the app to hang or crash. I also improved the key layout.

good on the phone, superior on the macbook

I use the app to control my cloud computer from the phone. It works pretty good. But where the app works even better is on the m1 macbook air. It sometimes go crazy when handling the voice over keyhooks but restarting or stopping VO usually fixes it.
