False advertisement

Almost everything is locked behind a 5€/month subscription service, with a 3 day trial if I opt to pay per year (no clarity on cancellation policy).

There is one filter for free, but use is not intuitive, and firefox browser is not supported.

presets don't work

The presets don't work.
I have to activate *and* deactivate the filter manually.
That makes the app pretty useless to me.
(I'm running it on a macbook)
Is there a way to get support?

Hi there, thanks for the review! Sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing trouble configuring the filters.

It sounds like you might be using the “Untimed” filters which can be enabled/disabled at any time, where-as selecting the “Timed” alternative prevents you from prematurely ending the filter. This can be configured when applying a filter.
