Gut brauchbare Office App
Da MS Office für größere iPads ja nur noch als (für gelegentliche Nutzung) maßlos überteuertes Abo-Modell verfügbar ist, habe ich mich nach Alternativen umgesehen und bin endlich auf dieses (bislang einzig) brauchbare Office-Programm gestoßen. Meine Anforderungen, um gelegentlich Briefe als Word-Dokument am iPad zu erstellen, werden damit im Prinzip voll erfüllt. Das keine *.docx-Formate, sondern nur einfache *.doc-Dateien abgespeichert werden können, ist dabei zu verschmerzen. Störend ist an der - ansonsten sehr guten - Benutzeroberfläche, dass der Text unter den Bearbeitungssymbolen in der oberen Zeile nur mit Zeilenumbruch darstellbar ist und auch nicht optional ganz entfernt werden kann, um mehr Berarbeitungsfläche zu haben. Auch die Skalierungsfunktion ändert daran leider nichts.
Excel-Funktionen: leider stürzt die App beim Versuch aus markierten Zellen ein Diagramm einzufügen ohne Dateisicherung gnadenlos ab.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber, dass diese App erfreulicherweise KEIN ABO - Modell ist. Vielmehr kann mit einer einmaligen Zahlung die Werbung entfernt werden und eine Cloud-Unterstützung dazu erworben werden. Das ist sehr kundenfreundlich!
Interessante Office App
Ich bin zwar noch am testen aber erwäge schon mir die App zu kaufen, u.a. weil Office 365 für mein iPad Pro 11 nur als Abo zu haben ist und auf meinem Desktop sich schon lange Libre Office läuft.
Copy paste mach ich mit der virtuellen Maus.
Die Schaltflächen in der Menüleiste sind nicht zu entziffern was die Bedienung erschwert, hier ist noch etwas zu tun.
Alternative Adäquate Office
Wir benutzen schon das Open Office für den Mac, daher ist es für uns nur konsequent die mobile Varinet auszuprobieren.
Uns fehlen nur die Erklärungsblasen zu den Icons, sonst macht das Programm was es soll :-)
Und egal was andere Sagen, immer daran denken, das Programm ist kostenlos und ein offenes Entwicklungsprogramm ohne eine Megakonzern dahinter…
