Keine Verbindung zu IOS
Seit geraumer Zeit gelingt keine Verbindung zwischen dem Aten CamLive UC3022 und IOS mehr (getestet mit 13.3 und 14.7 auf iPhone 7 und 12) Das Gerät wird unter Bluetooth angezeigt als verbunden und es gibt auch eine Abfrage, ob auf das Netzwerk zugegriffen werden darf. Ebenso kann über die App der Gerätename geändert werden, es besteht also eine Verbindung, jedoch die App verbindet sich nicht mehr. Somit reduziert sich der Bedienungsumfang auf den Knopf am Gerät, welcher ein hartes Umschalten zwischen den Videoquellen ermöglicht. Somit liegt der Fehler wohl eher nicht im Gerät oder im Handy sondern in der App. Die Androiden-App wurde wohl komplett entsorgt, nicht auffindbar. Das ist bei so einem teuren und immer noch im Handel befindlichen Gerät nicht akzeptabel!
App ohne Funktion
Aten Camlive UC3022 Gerät verbindet sich nur noch mit dem PC(Windows 10 aktuelle Version) über USB. Die App zeigt das Gerät zwar an, aber eine Verbindung scheitert - die Eieruhr dreht sich endlos und nichts passiert. Das hat schon mal besser funktioniert. Da ich vermutete, dass das aktuelle iOS (14.8/15) hier vielleicht das Problem wäre, habe ich ein altes iPhone 6 mit iOS 12 .5 ausgegraben, doch das macht keinen Unterschied, das Verhalten ist identisch. Das Aten Gerät wird angezeigt, ich kann sogar die ID manipulieren, jedoch keine Verbindung aufbauen; selbst unter Bluetooth, wo ich das Gerät sehe und anklicken kann, bring die dort hergestellte Verbindung keine Verbesserung - die App connected nicht mehr. Somit hat sich dieses 500 Euro teure Gerät in einen HDMI-Umschalter verwandelt - völlig inakzeptabel. Wann darf hier mit einer Reparatur der App gerechnet werden? Schließlich ist das Gerät immer noch im Handel.
