Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OpenTouch Conversation+ for iPhone leverages what users love most – their own devices.
OpenTouch Conversation+ for iPhone exposes the features and flexibility of the OpenTouch Suite through the popular smartphone from Apple. Use gestures to place calls, retrieve messages and move easily from a phone call or IM to a multiparty conversation. Join conferences in one-click, enjoy visual voice mail ergonomics, and define and select your call-routing profiles to meet current location and availability.

I‘m a Systemadmin at a company with around 1600 employees.
Around 300 employees have the Open Touch App equipped.
Known issues:
-battery drainage very high. App reconnects very often in the background And uses much battery while active in call
- iphones get very hot if an active call lasts longer than 2-3 minutes! Doesn’t matter what iPhone , for ex. SE/6/7/8/X/XS/11
-Problems with the Apple Push Native Integration. iPhones do not ring, just a message with missed call
Overall pretty bad feedback from the employees because of these problems.
Gute App für iPhone nur was ist mit iPad?
Gute App für iPhone, nur wo bleibt eine iPad Version bzw. eine Universal App für beide die auf einem iPad vernünftig skaliert. So schwer ist das heutzutage nicht zu realisieren, vor allem im Enterprise Umfeld.
Routing Profil Fehler / Downloadfehler
Leider is seit dem letzen Update fast nichts mehr möglich, Status bleibt immer auf Orange. Telefon kann per App nicht mehr auf das Handy umgeleitet werden. Also komplett unbrauchbar. Neuinstallation hat leider auch nichts gebracht.
Fürs Homeoffice natürlich sehr ärgerlich.
Parameter sind alle gleichgeblieben, sehr schade!
