Control your hearing aids discreetly with the touch of a finger
Oticon Companion provides you with discreet, improved control over your hearing aids – so you can personalize your listening experience for any environment, find your hearing aids if they become lost, get remote support from your hearing care professional when you need it, and much more.
The Oticon Companion App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids. However, some app features may require a specific hearing aid model or a firmware update. Please consult your hearing care professional for assistance with firmware updates.
With Oticon Companion, you can:
• Adjust the volume of your hearing aids and various settings (e.g. remote microphone, noise reduction, and sound and streaming equalizer)
• Switch between predefined programs according to the different listening situation you are in
• Monitor your battery levels
• Help you find your hearing aids if you lose them
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech when you need to focus on conversation.
• Use your device as a remote microphone and get better access to the voice of another speaker in noisy environments
• Customize your surrounding sounds with the sound equalizer*
• Set and track hearing aid wear-time goals with the HearingFitness™ feature*
• Use the streaming equalizer for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth® hearing aids except Oticon Opn™ and Oticon Siya
• Have your hearing aids adjusted and receive counseling from the comfort of your own home – via a live video call with your hearing care professional
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters or devices, such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip, which can be used both for streaming and as a remote microphone
* This feature is available with Oticon Real™ and Oticon Intent™

Version 1.3.0
We've added the option of monitoring the charging status of your hearing aids in the app. You can check if your hearing aids are charging or fully charged while in charger.* We've also added dark mode as an option that you can select in your phone settings. And finally, you can turn on or off notifications for the HearingFitness™ feature according to your preference. *Only available with Oticon Intent™

Die Unterstützung von Cros PX-Hörgeräten und Einstellungen für Umgebungsgeräusche sind ein Muss
Die Anwendung bietet im Vergleich zu anderen Hörgeräteanwendungen nicht viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Wir können das Cros PX-Hörgerät nicht in der Praxis sehen.
Hierzu wünschen wir uns ein dringendes Update. Zumindest der Akkustand und bicros Hörgeräte die Mikrofonlautstärke lassen sich anpassen. Es muss noch etwas weiter entwickelt werden.
Die Einstellungen sollten je nach Umgebungslärm und Umgebungsbedingungen vorgenommen werden. Warum sollten Sie sich für einfache Einstellungen an Akustiker wenden? Zeitverschwendung. Ich bin von Alta Pro zu Real gewechselt, konnte aber keinen großen Unterschied feststellen. Ich habe im Laufe der Zeit keine großen Veränderungen in Bezug auf Anwendung und Gerätetechnologie festgestellt.
Neu Version - super!
Seit die neue Version 1.3.0 aktiv ist, gibt es keine Probleme mehr mit der App. Funktioniert tadellos und ohne Probleme, freut mich sehr. Die Vorgängerversion hat schon massive Probleme gemacht. Umso besser jetzt - Topp! Heidemarie Rabe
