Aktionen und Rabattcodes funktionieren nicht

Edit: Support hat schnell geantwortet und die Probleme sind seit dem neuen Update der App nicht mehr da. Shirt wurde geliefert. Scheint jetzt alles zu funktionieren 👍

Angeblich hab ich einen Rabattcode für T-Shirt mit dem Namen meines Babies bekommen - nach Ausfüllen der Daten ist aber nix mehr passiert. Das hinterlässt einen faden Beigeschmack. Wofür habe ich meine Daten eingegeben und wo hängt es hier? Auch wurde mir öfter vorgeschlagen „Scanne jetzt deinen nächsten Code und bekomme extra-Punkte“, nach Scannen gab es keine ersichtlichen Extra-Punkte. Nicht falsch verstehen, die App ist kostenlos (jeder weiß, dass es nix im Leben „kostenlos“ gibt) und nach einer Weile sammelt man schon mal 3€ Rabatt für eine Packung an - toll! Aber warum dann Aktionen bewerben, die nicht funktionieren, Zeit kosten und Ärger bringen?
