very dangerous and unusable parking app

this parking platform is not worth to be used by foreigners or tourists in Athens! the app isn’t even in english only in greek! i came tonight from the islands and had made a online reservation with a reservation code for my van with 1,85m and 5,20 m length. when i came the owner told me that he had neither a place nor a place for three days. through the app could neither make a reservation for more than one day nor could i pay online by credit card

Thank you for your review. We feel sorry for any inconvenience you faced. However, after our contact with the car parks ‘s management, they ensured us that they were able to serve you for one night, according to the duration of the booking you made. For the time being, you can book a parking spot in the city center for 12 hours. If you wish to stay more or have some concerns, you can communicate with us before you make any booking (as you did, regarding your vehicle height). All the information about payment details is also available in our App. We also would like to inform you that the ParkAround App is available in English Language, if the English language is selected from the phone‘s settings. However,it seems that you have selected the Greek language.We will try to use your comments towards optimizing the way we display the information in our App.We remain at your disposal.
