innerhalb der Probephase das Abo gekündigt trotzdem soll man zahlen
Ich habe schon bereits während der Probephase gemerkt, dass diese App nicht das ist, wonach recht gesucht habe. somit dieses auch innerhalb der Frist gekündigt. Jetzt einen Monat später bekomme ich eine Nachricht. Vielen Dank für Ihre Zahlung des Jahresbeitrags. Das ist nicht korrekt. Warte noch auf Rückmeldung des Supports!

Aufforderung zur Zahlung und Bearbeitung verloren
Nachdem man 30 min sein Dokument bearbeitet hat, muss man sich zuerst einen Account erstellen und danach wird man aufgefordert ein Abo abzuschließen. Soweit normal, jedoch ist der komplette Bearbeitungsstand verschwunden wenn man dies ablehnt. Die Bedienung im Editor lässt sich zu wünschen übrig. Konkurrenz Apps schaffen das deutlich besser (und kostenlos).
