Through the Pelago app, you can:
‣ Get 24/7 support on your terms, including in-app chat and 1:1 meetings with a coach or counselor
‣ Set flexible goals and track your progress over time
‣ Log alcohol-free days, see how much money you’ve saved from smoking less, and discover other meaningful changes
‣ Access practical tools, mindfulness sessions, and guided cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) exercises designed to help you make changes
‣ Conveniently manage prescribed medication (if applicable)
How to get started
If Pelago is included in your benefits, you can activate your membership today! Simply download the Pelago app to check your eligibility and sign up in about two minutes.
Already signed up online? If you registered through your employer or health plan’s special Pelago link, you can download the app and log in to get started.
Once you’re in, answer a few quick questions to personalize your experience and explore the program at your own pace.
How does Pelago work?

When you join, you’ll receive a personalized care plan based on your health, habits, and goals. Our fully virtual program lets you move at your own pace, with 24/7 access to tools and guidance. If needed, our medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program combines therapy with FDA-approved medication for additional support.
