Outrageously primitive UI

Imagine signing up to make an account on peterpanDotCom and then filling out your name showing on your address your credit card filling out your address some more and then it doesn’t work and then they encourage you to call the phone and then the lady in the phone speaks obnoxiously slow and then tells you to download the app and then you download an app and then you login again but their system doesn’t recognize your user name but then you figure out a login anyway and then you re-enter all of your information again, let me repeat you enter your username and your password your name your address your credit card you agree to their terms and then you do it all over again. You are literally working for Peter Pan and they charge you additional fees. It’s the only choice in Massachusetts, but that doesn’t make it good.
