Useless as not working properly for basic functionality

This has to be the worst app not only of an airline but in general. It hasn’t been working for a year and still not fixed. Loading takes forever and it always crashes before you can even log into your account or add/view your existing booking. About time your fixed this!!! Otherwise you may as well remove the app completely. See
