gut für nicht von iSync unterstützte Geräte

Hilfreich für nicht von iSync unterstützte Geräte (wie z. B. mein Nokia 3720 classic).

Macht exakt, dass was es soll, aber extrem langsam!

Wie der Titel schon sagt: Macht exakt, dass was es soll. Aber selbst nach erfolgter Erstsynchronisation, ist der inkrementelle Sync extrem langsam. Trotzdem praktisch, wenn man damit leben kann, dass die Adressdaten in der "Cloud" hängen.

Leider auch nicht

Schön, dass jemand noch Software für alte Telefone macht. Schade, dass die Einschränkungen für die Verwendung so einschneidend sind.

Das Anlegen eines Accounts war schon schwierig: in der App wurde kein Captcha angezeigt. Ich habe mich dann auf der Website registriert, allerdings passte das ausgegebene Passwort nicht. Ich musste erst das Passwort resetten, dann konnte ich mich einloggen.

Die Funktionalität finde ich noch schwieriger: persönliche Daten müssen erst in die Cloud. Dabei werden bestehende Daten wahlweise überschrieben oder dupliziert. Die Zusicherung des Software-Herstellers, dass Dritte („3rd parties“) keinen Zugriff auf meine Daten kriegen, ist ja schön. Bedeutet das, dass der Hersteller (2nd party) Zugriff hat?

Das war mir dann zu viel und ich hab’s lieber ganz gelassen.
