Endlich zu Hause richtig üben
Herzlichen Dank an meine Therapeutin für die Zusammenstellung des Programms. Die Videos und Erklärungen sind für mich sehr hilfreich. Ich bin 67 J. und kann mir die Übungen nicht so leicht merken, aber nachdem ich das Programm ein paar Man durchlaufen habe, hab ich mir die Übungen merken können. Das beste ist, durch die Aktivierung der Muskeln hab ich schon nach 1 Woche keine !!! Schmerzen mehr beim Treppensteigen. Danke!!!
