The cash register Pickware POS seamlessly connects to your online shop and supports you optimally in your sales processes in the local store and at trade shows. Cross-channel product data, stock levels, customer accounts, discounts, vouchers and much more are available to you. With Pickware, all sales and stocks are managed in one system - regardless if they were made in your online shop or at the POS.

For use with Shopware you need our Pickware ERP and the Pickware POS plugin. For Pickware Cloud users no further steps are necessary.

Keine Eierlegende Wollmilchsau....
....aber was nicht ist, wird hier sicherlich noch werden.
Nutzerfeedback und Verbesserungsvorschläge fließen immerwieder in die App ein.
Ich rate allen potentiellen NutzerInnen Ihre Anforderungen an ein POS vorher zu klären und mit allen verbleibenden Unklarheiten sich direkt an Pickware zu richten. Die haben einen spitzen Support und geben auch klar an, was derzeit mit der App möglich ist und was geplant ist.
Tolle App, wenig Möglichkeiten
Super Service, extrem nette Mitarbeiter, jedoch ist man eingeschränkt mit den Möglichkeiten. Wir hoffen auf bedienfreundliche Updates :-)

Falsche Preise & Berechnungen - nicht empfehlenswert!
Wenn man von einer Kassensoftware eine Sache erwartet, dann dass sie die hinterlegten Preise korrekt anzeigt und verrechnet und auch, dass Warenrückgaben korrekt verbucht werden und Ein-/Ausgaben nicht verwechselt werden.
All das waren aber real existierende Bugs (siehe auch Versionsverlauf), die mich jeweils direkt betroffen haben und die mir immer erst auf telefonische Nachfrage bzw. per Mail (sehr lapidar) bestätigt wurden - nicht per Mail, Community Forum o.ä.
Bei einer kostenloses App - oder wenn es sich eben nicht um eine Kassensoftware handelt - könnte man das vielleicht noch verstehen, aber für 79,- Euro netto pro Monat kann man durch aus bessere Software und direkteren Service erwarten. Und Kulanz? Fehlanzeige.
Nicht nur schade. Erschreckend und nicht zu empfehlen.
Zwei Sterne für den wachsenden Funktionsumfang, leider ging gefühlt mit jedem neuen Feature ein bisheriges kaputt ...
