What’s New

Version 4.1

* Advanced Heart Rate Analysis
We redesigned Pillow heart rate analysis for sleep to introduce unique new metrics and insights for your sleep sessions. Pillow will display information about your heart rate variability, heart rate trend, and heart rate dip for each sleep session. Pillow will try to provide a rating for each of those metrics as you record more sessions.

* Blood Oxygen Levels
We've also added a brand new section to review your blood oxygen levels for each sleep session and get a rating depending on the values recorded. You can find this new section in the Heart tab for each sleep session.

* Environmental Audio Levels
Pillow can now give you a detailed overview of your exposure to environmental sounds while you sleep. If you have an Apple Watch Series 6 or later, Pillow can now produce a detailed chart on top of your sleep chart where you can review the intensity of the sounds in your environment during sleep. For each sleep session, Pillow can show you your average exposure and provide a rating for that exposure, as well as the minimum and maximum level recorded. You can disable this section anytime from Pillow's Settings panel.

Sehr gut

Schnell eingerichtet, sinnvolle Funktionen, übersichtlich und informativ

Bester Schlaftracker

Developer Response ,

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We've noted your request for upcoming updates. We're also happy to let you know that Pillow's next update that will be released later today, will add support for the German language!

Developer Response ,

Pillow has an optional feature that can wake you up using haptic feedback (vibrations) on the Apple Watch. To achieve that, Pillow uses a background audio mode (no audio is recorded if you have disabled audio recordings) that can consume a significant amount of battery. If you disable that feature then Pillow on the Apple Watch will consume 0% of battery.
To do that: Open Pillow on the Apple Watch > Scroll to the bottom > Tap on “Settings“ > De-select ‘Apple Watch Haptics’.
