Great App with extraordinary customer service

Really love Plann. But especially, I am a fan of their customer service. I had some troubles with the auto-post feature of videos and Ashley gave me a fantastic and fast response, even in a simple-to-understand video format.
Only feedback to improve… It would be great to simply interchange two posts, instead of having to move them separately.
But otherwise, double thumbs up!

Ich nutze die App schon länger und musste leider feststellen, dass diese mit der Zeit immer schlechter wurde. Nicht nur wurde sie komplett mit Features überladen und zeigt immer mehr Werbung für die Pro Versionen. Auch fehlen Features, die es davor noch gab. Usability ging leider total in Keller und zwischenzeitlich musste ich den Feed auch noch ein oder zweimal komplett neu planen weil die App meine ganze Planung gelöscht hat. Schade eigentlich, aber werde mich wohl nach einer Alternative umsehen müssen.

Man wartet und wartet ...

Ich habe die kostenlose Version verwendet und auch wirklich nur zum Foto anordnen benutzt. Das Hochladen der Bilder ist katastrophal - ich habe gerade 45min für 2 Bilder gewartet OHNE ERFOLG. Das war nun leider jedes Mal so, deshalb hab ich die App gelöscht und mir Planonly heruntergeladen - da hat es sofort ohne Wartezeit funktioniert. Für meinen zweiten Account verwende ich Preview, da läuft auch alles reibungslos und schnell ab. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber die App hat mich so genervt, dass das sein musste - kann die positiven Ratings also nicht verstehen.
