Unlike other apps, Planny is designed to help you complete the tasks that you need to do. It does that by making it quick and easy to organize tasks into lists, but it goes way beyond that. Planny is available as a free download. Some features require a Planny Premium quarterly or annual subscription. This also ensures Planny's prolonged development, allowing new and improved features to be added over time with Apple's latest iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and watchOS features implemented on day one.
Planny does not collect any personal data and its developer has no access to any of the tasks you save within it. Planny doesn't track its users and there are no ads anywhere within the app.

Sehr übersichtliche ToDo App
Planny hat ein tolles Design, ist übersichtlich und der Support ist klasse!
Auf Wünsche und Ideen wird individuell eingegangen und vieles wird angenommen und umgesetzt.
Ein Stern Abzug, da leider noch ein paar kleine Bugs in der App stecken, die teilweise stören.
Aber trotz der kleinen Fehlerchen nutze ich die App jeden Tag, da sie insgesamt meinen Tag besser strukturiert und mir hilft meinen Alltag zu meistern.

Super Planungsapp
Ich nutze Planny sehr gern. Jedes Update bringt Verbesserungen. Die Planungsfunktion ist hilfreich und man bekommt mehr geschafft als ohne Planny. Die Tags genauso wie die Möglichkeit, diverse Listen zu erstellen, helfen zB bei der Abgrenzung beruflich/privat etc.
Was mir für meinen kompletten Workflow noch fehlt, ist eine Syncfunktion mit den Apple Erinnerungen. Einerseits die Erinnerungen, welche man bei Apple bereits angelegt hat, in Planny anzeigen zu können - also analog zum Anzeigen der Kalender (idealerweise hier natürlich incl. Rückschreiben, wenn die Erinnerung erledigt wurde), andererseits Möglichkeiten zB von Toodledo auf Planny umsteigen zu können, also einmaliger Import aus anderen Programmen - toodledo bietet viele Exportmöglichkeiten.
Schön wäre auch die Möglichkeit, dass man sich eine Erinnerung aus dem Kontextmenu heraus direkt für Planny anlegen kann, so wie es dies bei Apples Erinnerungen auch gibt und wie es zB auch bei Informant als Kalenderapp möglich ist. Das habe ich noch nicht hinbekommen. Auch Siri kann noch nicht auf Planny zugreifen, das würde sehr helfen. So nutze ich weiter Apple Erinnerungen mit Siri und muss manuell zu Planny übertragen. Das ist sehr schade. Hoffe hier auf das nächste Update.

Ich arbeite derzeit an einer Möglichkeit, auch mit Apple Reminders arbeiten zu können.
Siri selbst kann über Siri Shortcuts zugreifen (Shortcuts / Kurzbefehle App) und wird bald noch mehr können :)
Richtig gut, laggt nur wie Hölle
Grundsätzlich bin ich schon ziemlich begeistert von der App - ich hab so ziemlich alles an ToDo-Apps durch, und hier hab ich das Gefühl dass alles soweit passt. Zwei Dinge finde ich jedoch sehr schade:
- Es gibt keine WIndows- (oder zumindest Web-)App. Leider bin ich aufgrund diverser Softwareconstraints zumindest teilweise auf einen Windows PC angewiesen, da wärs schon praktisch wenn ich auch Zugriff auf Planny hätte. Kann aber durchaus nachvollziehen dass das vermutlich nicht passieren wird, da Planny wie mir scheint keine labbrige Web-App im Container sondern eine "richtige" Anwendung ist
- Und gerade Letzteres, also die Tatsache dass Planny wohl eine richtige Anwendung und keine Container-Webapp ist, verwirrt mich hinsichtlich meines zweiten Problems: Planny laggt. Und zwar extrem. Jeder Klick wird mit ein bis zwei Sekunden Latenz quittiert. Das Problem hab ich nur auf dem Mac (Macbook Pro 2016), iPhone und iPad (trotz 7 Jahre altem Air 2) laufen super. Wär daher spannend mal rauszufinden, woran das liegt.
