Exzessive Werbung und unethische Praktiken: Eine rechtliche Bewertung der Playdoku
ich möchte hiermit meine Beschwerde über die betreffende Applikation zum Ausdruck bringen. Die Applikation zeichnet sich durch eine unverhältnismäßig hohe Anzahl an Werbeeinblendungen aus, die den Spielfluss erheblich beeinträchtigen. Nutzer verbringen mehr Zeit damit, Werbung zu entfernen, als das eigentliche Spiel zu genießen. Dieses Ausmaß an Werbung ist unverhältnismäßig und nicht akzeptabel.
Es drängt sich der Verdacht auf, dass die Applikation primär dazu dient, Werbung für Glücksspiele zu schalten. Dieses Vorgehen ist besonders bedenklich, da auch Minderjährige diese Applikation herunterladen können und somit für Glücksspielangebote beworben werden. Diese Praxis sollte untersagt werden, da sie meiner Auffassung nach gegen geltendes Recht verstößt.
Die Tatsache, dass Spieleapplikationen derart konzipiert werden, dass sie als verdeckte Werbeplattformen fungieren, ist höchst problematisch. Es stellt sich die Frage, ob hier nicht gezielt gegen verbraucherschutzrechtliche Vorschriften verstoßen wird. Ich fordere eine Überprüfung und gegebenenfalls eine Anpassung der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, um solche Praktiken zu unterbinden.
