Sehr Schön gestaltete App wo man jeden Tag trainieren kann um seine Körperhaltung zu verbessern. Es sind viele Übungen vorhanden,und durch die Trophäen die man erreichen kann,ist man motiviert jeden Tag zu *trainieren*.
Habe auch schon den Eindruck,dass meine Körperhaltung sich schon verbessert hat

Было бы хорошо, если бы новая тренировка открывалась не через 24 часа, а на следующий календарный день - тогда если одну тренировку сделаешь слишком поздно, на следующий день все равно можно сделать рано или днём.
