PuzzWord is the best way to play your favorite word games. Here are how our two games work:

1. Guess the word in 6 chances or less. Each time you guess a word, you will find out which letters are correct. Use this information to solve the puzzle. See how many chances it takes to get the answer and how many in a row you can get right. Try tons of different game modes including Impossible Mode (7 letter words) and Celebrity Mode (guess the names of celebrities).

2. Can you solve the crossword puzzle using only the letters on the board? Try your best with 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 letters!

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase on a once a week basis. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Really fun!

It’s a great puzzle game, highly recommended if you’re one for word games!

Nice, but tedious word list

The good: It works, looks nice, has no ads, claims not to send any data

The bad: Its word list makes it less fun than the original online Wordle … You can choose between ‘common words’ and ‘all words’, but even the common words include too many four-letter words with just a trailing ‘s’ tucked on (plural noun or third person singular verb). This makes the guessing unnecessarily hard (in my book).

Neutral: Just one language (English)

If you could just edit or add word lists this would be my choice of Wordle app … For now I’m just playing the online Wordle archive, that should last a couple of weeks.

New UI is not good

Has been good in last release. But has been made worse in the new version. It is not possible to change a dedicated letter by touching it. You always need to type the entire word. Won‘t play it again as this is annoying. :-(
