Gute Lösung für Synchronisation zwischen Mac, iOS und Windows

Ich benutze schon seit gefühlten Ewigkeiten PasswordSafe unter Windows und seit länger als einem Jahr nun auch auf dem Mac. Mit der Synchronisation über die Dropbox kann ich dieselbe Passwortdatenbank unter Windows und unter Windows nutzen. Da es pwSafe auch unter iOS gibt, habe ich auch mein iPhone und iPad abgedeckt: klasse! Außerdem ist das Format der Datenbank offen und es gibt eine Unzahl von Utilities, die es nutzen. Man wird also nie im Regen stehen.

pwSafe ist einfach, aber funktional und gut strukturiert. Es ist nicht perfekt, für mich aber völlig ausreichend und ich kann es ruhigen Gewissens empfehle, denn es hat in meiner langen Crossplattformnutzung einwandfrei funktioniert.

Sehr gutes Programm

Das Programm ist wirklich sehr gut mit quasi genormtem Dateiformat (auch von anderen Programmen zu öffnen) und der sehr praktischen Transfermöglichkeit zwischen Mac und IOS. Nach dem letzten Update auf Version 4.12 gab es ein Problem auf dem Mac, das aber nach entsprechender Mitteilung sofort beseitigt wurde (Version 4.13). Insgesamt wirklich sehr empfehlenswert; benutze das Programm seit vielen Jahren

Macht was es soll

Das Programm macht alles, was es soll. Für die mäßige Bedienbarkeit unter iOS kann es nichts (das liegt am iOS). Das syncen klappt problemlos. Bin zufrieden. Allerding kommt neuerdings immer iweder mal ein dringen der Hinweis auf ein ksotenpflichtiges Update?? Will ich nicht. Mir langt 3.2.1

Update, März 2018: aktuell arbeite ich mit Version 4.11 - und kann nicht meckern. Macht was es soll, vor allem ohne DropBox. Stattdessen kann man seinen PW-Safe auch auf einer privaten ownCloud speichern :-)
