Quit It is a tiny motivating program, supporting and encouraging smokers to quit smoking and helping ex-smokers to stay quit.
It keeps track of the cigarettes you did not smoke and how much money you are saving. Furthermore it shows the benefits of quitting as text and calculates a nice ranking for you.

Geschafft
Nach über 20 Jahren des starken Rauchens bin ich nun seit fast 2 Jahren rauchfrei. Diese App hat mir dabei unheimlich gut geholfen. Schon alleine dass ich mir immer den zeitlichen Fortschritt anschauen konnte hat mir sehr geholfen. Die vielen Ansagen zur Verbesserung der Gesundheit haben mich dabei noch mehr motiviert. Vielleicht hätte ich es auch ohne diese App geschafft, aber sicher ist es mir dadurch leichter gefallen. Ich bin jedenfalls begeistert von dieser App und kann jedem nur dazu raten die App immer weiter laufen zu lassen. Ich schaue auch nach zwei Jahren noch ab und zu rein und erfreue mich an meinen Erfolgen!
Top App
Wer aufhören will zu rauchen kommt an dieser App nicht vorbei. Es ist alles recht einfach und schlicht gehalten es wurde aber auch nichts vergessen also man braucht keine zehn Euro oder fünf Euro auszugeben die App ist klasse hat mir sehr geholfen ich rauche Dank ihr schon länger nicht mehr. Einfach mal testen und begeistert sein es ist alles schön übersichtlich aufgebaut den ganzen Schnickschnack den andere Apps haben findet man hier nicht den Brauch man nämlich auch nicht top App vielen Dank
Sehr hilfreich und man muss es trotzdem wollen
Ich nutze die App jetzt seit gut einer Woche und sie hilft und unterstützt. Ich würde mir ergänzend weitere andere Hilfen wünschen und keine Standardwiederholung. Die App ist jedoch gelungen und motiviert am Ziel festzuhalten
