With Qvideo, you can watch the videos stored on your Turbo NAS from mobile devices anytime and anywhere. You can also share your favorite movies by sending them to your friends and family.
Minimum Requirements:
• A QNAP Turbo NAS running QTS 4.3 (and above) with Video Station 5.0.0 (or above) installed.
• An iOS device (with iOS 12 or later)

Nervig
Eigentlich macht die App was sie soll. Dies aber mehr schlecht als recht. Bei den Videos muss ich erst den Ton deaktivieren um ihn anschließend wieder zu aktivieren. Wenn ich dies nicht machen würde könnte ich mir auch Stummfilme anschauen.
Bei der Anmeldung und Einrichtung sowie bei der Auswahl welches Format man benutzen will (Qvideo, Qfile, Original) ist dies verwirrend. Man sieht nicht wirklich auf dem ersten Blick das es win Dropdown-Menü ist. Das beste Beispiel ist aber bei der Anmeldung da steht „Eine Verbindungsmethode wählen“ und „Verbindung abbrechen“ während im Hintergrund die Verbindung aufgebaut wird. Das ganze läuft über den Browser wesentlich stabiler und vor allem schneller.
Fazit: Verwendet den Browser statt dieses App.
Videos bleiben stehen
Bei mir bleiben die Videos oft stehen und ich muss sie dann komplett stoppen neu starten und wieder an die Stelle spulen.
End-of-Life. Schade.
Schade, dass die App keine Updates mehr erhält. Als Ersatz für Qvideo finde ich QuMagie garnicht geeignet. Mit Videodateien und Filmen kommt QuMagie nicht so gut klar. Als guten Ersatz für Qphoto verstehe ich QuMagie dagegen schon. Ich wünschte QNAP überdenkt die Einstellung der App Qvideo nochmal, vor allem, weil sie schon im modernen Design ist und die Video Station auf dem NAS ja auch weiterhin noch supportet wird, im Gegensatz zur Photo Station.
