RaceChrono Pro is a versatile lap timer, data logging and data analysis app designed especially for use in motorsports, replacing your traditional lap timers and data loggers. The RaceChrono Pro app also enables you to record videos and overlay them with the logged data.

Just works. Better then alternatives
OMG I was struggling a whole year with Harry’s laptimer. GPS Sensor would not get recognized, OBD freezes, Calibration issues, etc.
This just works! Configure the sensor, press go, select the track. Done.
Used today on the hockenheimring for the first time, worked like a charm everytime 100%. Thank you!!!
Funktioniert leider nicht
Habe mir die App runtergeladen um Rundenzeiten zu messen vom Aufbau ist die App wirklich sehr gut doch leider funktioniert sie nicht.
Habe mein Handy (I PhoneX) jetzt bei 4 verschieden Fahrzeugen probiert und bei manchen Autos misst er keine einzige Runde und bei 1 hat er 70% der Runde gemessen trotz Handy Halterung genau an der Scheibe
Sehr sehr schade ...
Die App ist für mich absolut unbrauchbar und ich Ärger mich sehr dafür 20€ bezahlt zu haben für das sie nicht funktioniert....
Erstmals waren bei den Messungen alle Hintergrund Apps geschlossen so das nur die RaceChrono App geöffnet war.
Sobald die App läuft bleibt das Handy aktiv bis zum schließen der App somit auch nicht das Problem.
Wie schon geschrieben war das Handy genau an der Scheibe in einer Handy Halterung mit besten gps Empfang ich wüsste nicht was man noch mehr machen kann das die App funktionier ...

It does work, but there's a few things to remember. First it's important to make sure to allow "background location", as otherwise it will stop recording when the screen is turned off. Secondly it's important to keep the phone in clear view of the sky, in a phone holder, as you will never get proper GPS signal from pocket, glove compartment etc. Alternatively you can get an external GPS so you can place the phone freely. Feel free to contact RaceChrono support for more instructions, or maybe to get a refund if you feel that's more appropriate. PS. You still haven't contacted RaceChrono support about this unfortunately.
