Zurück Button fehlt
Zum stöbern, kaufen und verkaufen ideal. Allerdings lässt die App es nicht zu, dass man zurück zur Suche kommt, sobald man einen Artikel angesehen hat. Man muss die Suche jedesmal komplett neu starten. Es gibt keinen „zurück Button“ Bzw. Zurück Funktion. Das macht das shoppen etwa anstrengend.
Langsam und eigenwillig
Kundenservice braucht mind 2 Tage zum Antworten.
Ab 17:00 Uhr ist dort niemand tel. zu erreichen. Erscheinen von oben herab.
Entscheiden eigenwillig ohne gute Kommunikation.

Sorry aber ich würde das Unternehmen Rebelle nicht weiter empfehlen. Ich hab einige Sachen versucht zu kaufen und verkaufen. Meine Artikel und Kauf Artikel würden nicht akzeptiert, sie drücken deine Preise und verkaufen eigene Artikel für viel mehr. Lehnen deine Artikel ab, Glück im Unglück habe alle Artikel bei Vestiaire Collective und andere online Anbieter die Ware vorher Prüfen für viel mehr verkauft und Probleme gab es keine. Sie haben Probleme mit Emails, Werbung kommt nicht ins Spam und Mails wenn was gekauft ist kommt ins Spam Eimer, danach gab es von denen eine Rechnung für nicht gelöschte Ware. Das heißt wenn du was verkaufst hast und das Artikel nicht versendet hast musst du Ihnen trotzdem die Provision bezahlen. Steht in AGB. Hab mein Account gelöscht und nutze Apps von Professionellen Unternehmen.
