Great tool for working on data sets

Thanks for building this great tool, saves us lots of time when working on our machine learning projects :)

Tool was good, developer is a nightmare

The way the developer is handling updates for those who paid for an earlier version is confusing, shady, unfair and nothing I want to support in the future. I already bought the product last year. Now I can pay another 65€ to get back to the full version. That's absurd. How long will that version get updates? Until the dev decides to change the payment scheme again? Frustrating experience.

"RectLabel - One-time payment" is a paid up-front version so that we would never add in-app purchases.
You would never be frustrated again.

Scam force to pay twice.

I bought the 2.87 Version, where already Core ML & Hotkey feature was included. Now i get a window that i have again to pay for this features.

What's wrong with this guys? And i bought the full Software for like 8 EUR... now they want to have round about 20 EUR per feature??

Update:
Again, i bought version 2.87 where all Features (Hotkeys & Core ML) was included, now, if i update to new version and click to restore my purchase... i dont get the features for Core ML & Hotkeys, there are lost...! Be careful about this scammer.

We added "Copy & Paste Features", "Core ML Features", and "0-9 and A-Z Hotkeys Features" to the purchase dialog.
If you bought Full App before adding these features, these features were added after you bought Full App.
If you need, please buy them.

Update:
You said you bought Full App at the version 2.87 for 8 EUR.
But we changed the Full App price from $4.99 to $19.99 at the version 2.62.
So that you could not buy the version 2.87 for 8 EUR.
Your original app purchase date for the Full App would be much earlier.

Could you send your app purchase receipt in your RectLabel app to support@rectlabel.com?
/Applications/RectLabel.app/Contents/_MASReceipt/receipt

We would decode and show you the original purchase date for the Full App.
