Download & launch Relevo app.
This is how borrowing works:
Ask for your to-go food & drinks in reusable.
Scan the dishware handed out with your smartphone.
Show the scan confirmation to the restaurateur.
Done!
Here is how the return works:
Return the cleaned dishes within 14 days.
On site, scan the QR code of the return poster with your smartphone.
With the Relevo app you have many advantages:
* An interactive map shows you all participating restaurants/cafés.
* You always have an overview of your borrowed and already returned dishes.
* With the extension option you can extend the return period at any time (EUR 1,- per 7 days)
* A reminder function reminds you to return your dishes on time.
* In a separate overview, you can see how much disposable packaging you and the entire Relevo community have already saved.

Löblich
Wirklich eine sehr löbliche Idee und eine tolle Umsetzung. Für die App hätte ich trotzdem noch ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge. Beim Log In sollte man zumindest die Möglichkeit bekommen Mit Apple Anmelden auszuwählen. Apple Pay als Zahlungsmittel auszuwählen fände ich auch nicht schlecht und die Funktion seine App mit Face ID beziehungsweise Code zu schützen würde ich mir auch noch wünschen. Alles nur Quality of Life Änderungen da der Rest schon spitze ist.
Tolle Idee und super Kundensupport
Eine tolle nachhaltige Idee zur Vermeidung von Verpackungsmaterial. Die Anmeldung ist schnell und unkompliziert. Die Rückgabe ist bei allen teilnehmenden Restaurants usw. möglich. Der Kundensupport ist super freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit.

Kundenfreundlich
Nachhaltig sein und dabei keinen Cent extra ausgeben? Seltenst möglich, hier aber der Fall! Nun muss sich keiner mehr davor drücken, seinem Nachhaltigkeitsdrang nachzugeben, und dabei kann man weiterhin der smarte Schwabe sein und auf sein Geld achten. Denn wie gesagt, man zahlt keinen Euro Pfand o.Ä.
