In 2013, I created this app to control my Mac Mini connected to a big-screen TV in my living room. In 2016 I quit my job and became an indie developer, and now my sole focus is on building my apps. The app has been downloaded more than 2,000,000 times over the years and has favorable reviews.

SECURITY
The app uses standard security measures like HTTPS to communicate and only works on your local network. Whenever an unknown device tries to establish a connection with your computer, the app presents a dialog for you to choose to allow or deny it.

Einfach nur genial!
Ich benutze regelmäßig mein iPad Pro 12,9 (in Verbindung mit dem Luna-USB-Dongle in meinem Mac mini M1) als Arbeits-Mac. Das bedeutet, dass ich mein macOS auf dem iPad sehe und die Maus natürlich auch steuern können muss. Da ich nur noch ein altes Magic Trackpad und eine alte Magic Maus von Apple besitze, die zwar mit dem iPad funktionieren, die aber von Apple mutwillig Software-mäßig so manipuliert worden sind, dass sie nicht mehr scrollen können, war ich gezwungen, mir eine andere Lösung zu suchen. Und ich könnte nicht glücklicher sein, daß ich diese App gefunden habe, die außerdem viel, viel mehr bietet, als jede Maus und jedes Trackpad jemals bieten könnten. Mit meinem iPhone X steuere ich nun mein macOS mit einem unfassbaren Komfort und einer unglaublichen Präzision perfekt auf dem iPad. Darum möchte ich dem Entwickler sehr, sehr herzlich danken und diese App nur als den heißen Tipp des Jahres von tiefstem Herzen empfehlen!

Absolut top, sehr zu empfehlen!
Die App ist die beste bzw. komfortabelste Fernbedienung für den Mac die ich kenne. Habe über die Jahre viele Lösungwm ausprobiert aber so wirklich hat mich nichts überzeugen können.
Der Umfang an Funktionen und Möglichkeiten ist enorm: umfassende App/Menü-Steuerungen, Tastatur-Eingaben, Maus-Steuerung... es gibt fast nichts was man nicht per iPhone/iPad entfernt am mac steuern kann. Dazu noch sehr schnell und flüssig. Bisher bin ich bei der Benutzung auch nicht auf größere Fehler gestoßen, Abstürze hab ich nach fast 2 Monaten täglicher Nutzung ebenfalls nicht gehabt. Regelmäßige Updates sind aber an der Tagesordnung wenn doch mal etwas vorkommt...
Die beste, die ich bisher ausprobiert habe
Super RemoteApp, ziemlich umfangreiche Features, individuell einstellbar. Läuft ohne Probleme, Abstürze hatte ich noch nicht. Wenn sich ein Problem ergibt oder es gerade nicht gut gelöst ist, klemmt der Entwickler sich dahinter. Es kommen regelmäßig Updates, die Funktion und Umfang erweitern und optimieren. Die Einrichtung ist ganz leicht und einmalig. Bin total zufrieden, ich nutze das schon eine Weile, und muss sagen, dass es die beste App diesbezüglich ist, die ich bisher für mich gefunden habe.
