Anscheinend möchte Ihr Unternehmen kein Geld verdienen?. Gestern habe ich mit zwei verschiedenen Kreditkarten [ Visa ] versucht Tickets zu kaufen leider war dieses nicht möglich. Nun fahren wir mit Busbud und sparen sogar noch Geld. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪
This app is frustrating
I give it 2 stars because it works well when you want to book tickets using the Spain Pass. Nothing else works. You can't buy tickets, and you get the error at the end of the transaction. We went in person to the Renfe counter in Barcelona to ask for help. Not even the Renfe staff could use the app correctly. In the end the only option to buy other tickets (like Madrid to Toledo, for example) is to get them at the station, where they charge you more for the "service fee". It honestly seems like a scam. There is no other option but to use the app, so be patient. I just hope someone from Renfe read this and fixes it.
