Nach Anfangsschwierigkeiten funktioniert die Batterie nun! Leider bekomme ich keine Antwort auf meine emails ( wenn man denn endlich mal eine gefunden hat) Ne Rechnung bekommt man hier wohl nicht, warum auch immer!
Hoffentlich kommt das auch auf deutsche Sprache
Alles schön müsste auf deutsch sein 😊
Ladezyklen-Anzeige wäre toll!
Die App funktioniert eigentlich gut. Was mich stört ist, dass keine Ladezyklen angezeigt werden. Also, es werden keine angezeigt, weil es diesen Punkt in der App nicht gibt, schade. Unabhängig von der App finde ich die Kommunikation mit Renogy ziemlich schwierig, zumindest für den deutschen Bereich. Aber ich bin guter Hoffnung, dass ich gute Produkte erworben habe und das der Kundenservice in Deutschland weiter ausgebaut wird. Das man in englisch kommunizieren muss, finde ich dabei das kleinste Übel. Zwei Sterne ziehe ich für die fehlenden Ladezyklen-Anzeige und die fehlende deutsche Version der App ab.
