Unkomplizierte Umbuchung
Hab mich leider vertan mit Teneriffa Nord und Süd als Flughafen Anmiet-Station! Das konnte ich ganz schnell und unkompliziert ändern!

App ok, aber als Vielmieter einige Probleme
Mehrfach habe ich schmutzige und beschädigte Fahrzeuge bei namhaften Vermietern bekommen, wenn über Rentalcars gebucht. Direkt gebucht bekommt man neuere Fahrzeuge in besserem Zustand. Außerdem habe ich direkt Nachteile erlebt, in dem man mir an einem mit Dellen übersäten Fahrzeug neue Dellen unterjubelte, die dann mit hohen Kosten per Gutachten umgehend in Rechnung gestellt wurden. Der letze Vorfall nun brachte für mich das Fass zum Überlaufen. Trotz bei Rentalcars gebuchtem Vollschutz buchte der Vermieter nochmals alle Zusatzversicherungen auf meinen Mietvertrag und buchte die Kosten auch gleich von der Kreditkarte ab. Ich leistete eine Unterschrift zur Abholung des Fahrzeuges auf einem Tablet, auf dem nur das Unterschriftsfeld zu sehen war. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Ausdruck des Mietvertrages wurde erklärt ich hätte über einen Broker gebucht und dessen Mietvertrag sei für mich gültig.
Rentalcars unterstützt mich nach Reklamation der Sachlage nicht und findet das alles korrekt. Ich kann nur davon abraten Rentalcars zu benutzen, denn Rentalcars kann nicht verhindern, dass der Vermieter den Kunden zusätzlich abzockt. Ein Vertragspartner reicht mir vollkommen aus.
