Description
The ReSound Smart™ app is compatible with the following hearing aids:
• ReSound LiNX2™
• ReSound LiNX™
• ReSound LiNX TS™
• ReSound ENZO2™
• ReSound ENZO™
• ReSound UpSmart™
The ReSound Smart app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.
Notes: Please contact your local ReSound representative for product and feature availability in your market. We recommend that the hearing aids run the latest software version. If in doubt, please contact your hearing care professional.

Use the ReSound Smart app to:
• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids
• Mute your hearing aids
• Adjust volume of your optionally acquired ReSound streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Select Nature Sounds (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)

nicht kompatible im iPhone 14 pro
Hallo, da ich diese App nicht nutzen kann, da sie nicht mit meinem Iphone 14 pro kompatible ist kann ich meine Hörgeräte nicht richtig nutzen. Laut Apple liegt es an dem Hörgeräte Hersteller sie müssten ein neues Appdate dafür rausbringe.

IOS Update 15.4.1 jetzt für das Problem vorhanden
Leider hatte ich auch die letzten Wochen seit iOS 15.4 das Problem, das die Smart App die Hörgeräte nicht mehr gefunden hat. Der Workarround ( nur hier in Antwort auf Rezession )- Smart App löschen, Geräte mit dem iPhone neu koppeln - hat immer nur 2 Tage funktioniert, dann alles wieder neu…
Traurig finde ich, dass man keinerlei Hinweise in der App bekommt, das es für eine kurze Zeit ein Problem gibt und mit nächster IOS Update gelöst wird, bis dahin kann man sich nur folgend helfen…
Da die Smart App aber auch seit 3 Monaten keinerlei Updates bekommen hat, ist dies wohl leider nur Wunschdenken meinerseits…

Hey Dieholle, vielen Dank für dieses Feedback. Ihre Verbindungsprobleme wurden von iOS 15.4 verursacht, nicht von unserer App. Apple hat diese Probleme in 15.4.1 behoben. Bitte laden Sie dieses Update herunter, wenn Sie dazu in der Lage sind.

Erkennt die Hörgeräte nicht
Auf einmal kann ich die App nicht mehr steuern obwohl die Hörgeräte verbunden sind. Das alleine war schon ein Problem, da er immer nur eins erkannte. Habe die App, sowie die Hörgeräte schon 5 Jahre.
Vielen Dank Ihr heutiges Hilfsangebot. Inzwischen konnte ich mit Hilfe meines Hörgeräteakustikers
meine App wieder benutzbar machen. Ich bin so froh, dass die App wieder funktioniert. Jetzt kann ich die Sternvergabe auch wieder hochsetzen. Kann ich doch mit Hilfe der App ein für mich besseres natürliches Verstehen einstellen. Das ist inzwischen für mich sehr wichtig geworden.
