Inspired by our founder's own healing journey, Retreat was built to help you escape negative spiral loops and live a limitless life. Our founder holds a graduate degree from the University of Oxford and is also a certified Somatic Breathwork, RYT-200 Yoga and 200 hr Mindfulness Meditation practitioner and teacher. Retreat is a tool she wished she had while coming face to face with her own traumas and mental health challenges during her healing journey.
