Der Kundenservice ist nur auf Englisch.
Der Service hilft nicht bei einem Konflikt sondern entscheidet kommentarlos und absolut willkürlich und behält auf jeden Fall die Verkaufsgebühren ein.
Vorsicht vor Betrügern
Hier tummeln sich auch Betrüger, ein angeblicher „Verkäufer“ mit Anschrift in meiner Nähe, ist jetzt plötzlich wegen der Pandemie in Spanien und hätte gerne eine Überweisung von mir nach Spanien. Auf bitte mir Fotos von der Seriennummer zu schicken reagiert er nicht mehr.
Also Leute seid vorsichtig.

Die Platform ist toll, aber die App braucht noch VIEL Arbeit
Vorweg: Ich mag die Platform Reverb und nutze sie auch gerne auf dem PC. Die Community ist nett und die Händler meistens auch.
Die App ist aber eher rudimentär.
Viele Funktionen der Website fehlen einfach oder sind lieblos umgesetzt.
Du hast dich bei der Suche vertippt? Na dann tipp alles nochmal! Einen Zurück-Button oder gar Autocomplete gibt es nämlich nicht.
Du möchtest gerne Anzeigen in mehreren Sprachen verwalten? Dann ist diese App nichts für Dich.
Du würdest Deinen Feed gerne sortieren oder filtern? Nicht mit der App.
Du möchtest Deine Lieferpräferenzen gerne speichern? Nope.
Du möchtest Einstellungen an deinem Profil ändern? Viel Glück dabei. Vielleicht werden sie sogar übernommen.
Insgesamt gibt es hier eine schicke Oberfläche mit wenig Funktionalität. Da die Platform an sich aber gut ist, hoffe ich wirklich, daß hier nachgebessert wird.
