Description
Professional floor plan scanning that works in every room. Includes Apple RoomPlan as well as our own accurate & flexible LiDAR scanning, and Closet Mode which works in dim light on any device. Also compatible with a range of Bosch and Leica Bluetooth laser measures.
Exports to PNG, PDF, DXF (for CAD), IFC (great in Autodesk® and SketchUp®), FML (for Symbility® etc), Xactimate® ESX, Sweet Home 3D, OBJ, PLY, XYZ, RapidSketch, Metropix® and more.
• Automatically measures ceiling height and calculates wall areas and heat loss parameters, great for contractors.
• Take photos and type or dictate notes onto them, and see them automatically positioned on the plan. Perfect for surveys, inventories, etc.
• Annotate your plans with Apple Pencil.
• Also scans building exteriors (great for getting GLA for appraisers) and plots.

Gut aber nicht perfekt
Die App ist super um Räume zu erstellen, vor allem wenn diese nicht leer sind. Man muss hier nicht kompliziert in die Ecken am Boden scannen, was in einer eingerichteten Wohnung annähernd unmöglich ist. Leider hat die App Probleme mit schrägen Wänden. Eine 7m lange Wand mit ca 20cm Versatz von Anfang zu Ende wird einfach als gerade Wand dargestellt und verfälscht somit den Raum komplett. Das Abomodell ist ja mittlerweile Standard, hier wäre aber eine Zahlung pro Anwendung für Gelegenheitsnutzer besser geeignet . Wenn die Wanderkennung noch besser wird, sind 5 Sterne sicher.
Ungenügend
Die App war nicht in der Lage einen teilweise möblierten Raum korrekt zu vermessen.
Es war nicht möglich die Linien korrekt zu platzieren. Jedes mal war die Linie einiges neben der echten Wandbegrenzung. Die Messergebnisse stimmten überhaupt nicht! Auch nicht annähernd. Extreme Abweichungen, absolut unbrauchbar! Das Potential des Lidar Scanners wurde nicht genutzt.
Die Führung durch die Messung ist ebenfalls eine Katastrophe und total nervig.
Gut war, dass es vor dem Abzock Abo eine Probezeit gab. Diese beendete ich nach 10 Minuten völlig genervt!
So ein schlechtes Ergebnis hätte ich absolut nicht erwartet. Ich nutze lieber weiterhin meinen Laserentfernungsmesser mit entsprechender App.
Tolle App mit unfairem Abomodell
Die App funktioniert wirklich hervorragend um Grundrisse von Räumen zu erstellen und kann darüber hinaus noch viel mehr.
Leider gibt es die App nur mit einem Abomodell.
Das besonders ärgerliche daran ist, dass selbst wenn man einen Monat zahlt und sich eine Skizze erstellt, die App einem den Zugriff auf den Raum nach dem Monat nicht mehr ermöglicht! Man muss dann das Abo um einen weiteren Monat verlängern.
Reine Abzocke!
Nicht für den privaten Kunden geeignet, der immer mal wieder auf seinem Grundriss zugreifen möchte.
