Worst service I’ve ever had !

I’ve booked 3 times and ever time was e new problem. But the last book I’ve done made me very angry. Two days Ago I book for a ride to drive me and my wife to Dubai Deira Creek to celebrate New year. I wait around 20 min. but nobody collect us. I call them and he say to me sorry but I’ve picked up someone else. is that how you deal with customers? Very very bad handling.

If you not book from dubai, than price is not calculated correctly. They should adjust here.
