Перестал работать через 2 недели
Купила доступ на месяц, первые два недели работало отлично, но сегодня просто не грузится. Все последние обновления загрузила, не помогло. Удалила приложение и загрузила по новой, как такового входа в аккаунт нет , чтобы пользоваться приложением надо было снова выбрать подписку. Заплатила еще на одну неделю. Так как предыдущая подписка еще не закончилась, пришел возврат 3 евро. То есть данные что у меня уже есть подписка были, но почему-то при загрузке приложения по новой необходимо было все равно платить. В общем после всех манипуляций приложение так и не заработало. Хочу написать в поддержку но перенаправляет в твиттер, к которому доступа из-за отсутствия ВПН нет. Замкнутый круг:)

Здравствуйте. У вас на старте был онбординг, можно было просто нажать крестик для пропуска. В поддержку вы можете написать через меню настроек в приложении, доступно: почта, whatsapp, telegram

Заплатила дважды, а сервер не работает

Извините за доставленные неудобства. Пожалуйста, попробуйте следующее: 1) Перезапустите приложение и попробуйте подключиться к другому серверу; 2) Обновите приложение до последней версии. Если проблема не решится, пожалуйста, обратитесь в нашу службу поддержки для получения дополнительной помощи. И как вы могли дважды заплатить?
