Sehr übersichtlich
Übersichtlich, transparent und einfach zu bedienen
Buchungsbestätigung
Bei der Eingabe des Fluggastes wurde der eingegebene Name mit einem schon eingespeicherten Namen überschrieben, somit ist ein andere Fluggast in der Buchung als der eingegebene, App bestätigt sofort die Buchung ohne Möglichkeit eingreifen zu können. Fazit: Änderung des Namens kostet 115€!!!! Finde ich eine Frechheit. Darum 1* es kann nicht sein das wegen eines Fehlers in der App Leute einen neuen Flug buchen müssen anstatt das man es hinbekommt ein Button mit der Aufschrift „Buchung bestätigen“ „Ja/Nein“ einbauen kann ohne das dieser Fehler passieren kann. Bitte diesen Fehler korrigieren, sonnst bleibt das bei 1*.
Fast perfekt...
Soweit alles super...und den 5. Stern hätte es auch gegeben, leider sind in der App die Daten von mir und meinem Partner falsch hinterlegt worden. Beim Geburtsdatum und der Laufzeit des Ausweises. Ich habe versucht dies zu ändern, leider Erfolglos! So muss ich jedesmal beim einchecken unsere Daten alle wieder neu eingeben. Was total nervig ist. Beim hinzufügen eines neues Reisenden hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Wäre super wenn ich eine Info bekommen könnte, wie dieses Problem zu lösen ist.
Ansonsten fliegen wir mindestens einmal im Monat mit Ryanair, dafür ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
