Kein Support und keine Möglichkeit zur Sprachenänderung
Ich muss die App nutzen um im Homeoffice arbeiten zu können.
Ich habe alles richtig und mehr Mals installiert.
Jedes mal ist meine App auf Japanisch und ich finde keine Möglichkeit dies zu ändern.
Mehrmalig habe ich schon um support gebeten, kein einziges mal bekam ich eine Antwort.
Wenn ich könnte würde ich eine andere App nutzen!!! Sehr enttäuschend!
Sehr gute App….bis zum letzten IOS Update!
Bisher absolut keine Probleme mit der App gehabt. Aber seit dem letzten Update ( IOS 17 ) generiert er keine Codes mehr. Hinzu kommt noch, dass ich ständig nach dem PIN gefragt werde. War vorher nicht der Fall. Support-Team: Ist der Fehler Bekannt?
Mobile VPN Windows VPN Integration
Ich habe keine Möglichkeit gefunden den Watchguard Mobile VPN with SSL in die normale Windows 10 Netzwerk VPN Verwaltung zu integrieren. Geht das wirklich nicht? Da ich viele unterschiedliche VPN Clients habe, wäre es gut für die bessere Übersichtlichkeit. Dann hätte es auch alle Sterne gegeben. Ich weiß, das diese App nur der OTP Authentificator ist, aber wegen der gewöhnlichen Kombination und dem gemeinsamen Hersteller der beiden Produkte …
