Kein Support und keine Möglichkeit zur Sprachenänderung
Ich muss die App nutzen um im Homeoffice arbeiten zu können.
Ich habe alles richtig und mehr Mals installiert.
Jedes mal ist meine App auf Japanisch und ich finde keine Möglichkeit dies zu ändern.
Mehrmalig habe ich schon um support gebeten, kein einziges mal bekam ich eine Antwort.
Wenn ich könnte würde ich eine andere App nutzen!!! Sehr enttäuschend!
Sehr gute App….bis zum letzten IOS Update!
Bisher absolut keine Probleme mit der App gehabt. Aber seit dem letzten Update ( IOS 17 ) generiert er keine Codes mehr. Hinzu kommt noch, dass ich ständig nach dem PIN gefragt werde. War vorher nicht der Fall. Support-Team: Ist der Fehler Bekannt?
Tolle App
Eine tolle App die macht was sie soll. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger...
Die Sprache kann man in den Einstellungen vom iPhone ändern. Dazu die Einstellungen öffnen, in den Apps die Token App suchen und anklicken und dann die Sprache auswählen 👍🏻
