Rechtswidrig?
Abgesehen davon, dass die App immer wieder hängt, gibt es noch das nicht ganz kleine Problem, dass krankheitsbedingtsbedingtes Fehlen (mit AU) einem Minusstunden beschert. Es werden nicht die eingetragenen Arbeitsstunden gezählt, sondern eine feststehende Anzahl an Stunden. Falls es eine Möglichkeit gibt, dass doch die eingetragenen Stunden verwendet werden, würde ich das gerne wissen. Immerhin heißt es in Deutschland: Krank wie gearbeitet
Schrecklich
Als Arbeitnehmer wird man ja gerne mal zum installieren solcher Apps gezwungen, insofern richtet sich diese Warnung an Arbeitgeber: noch nie habe ich ein Zeitmanagement-Tool benutzt welches so umständlich, unverständlich und pannenanfällig ist wie SameSystem. Das Hauptmenü ist quasi nutzlos, man muss für alles was man nachschauen oder eintragen möchte durch 1-2 Untermenüs. Die App fällt auch gerne mal einfach so aus, man kann sich nicht ein-/auschecken, Pläne nicht einsehen etc. Finger Weg!
